1. Advance Payment

All advance payments made to confirm a booking are non-refundable. This ensures reservation of your event date and preparation planning.

2. Cancellation by Client

If the client cancels the booking after confirmation, the advance amount will not be refunded. In certain cases, rescheduling may be considered based on availability.

3. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling requests must be informed at least 7 days prior to the event. Approval depends on availability for the new requested date.

4. Cancellation by Photographer

In rare circumstances where Abhishek Photography is unable to attend the event due to unforeseen situations, a full refund of the advance payment will be provided.

5. Service Satisfaction

Photography is a creative service. Refunds will not be issued based on artistic style preferences once services are delivered. We ensure professional standards in every project.

6. Digital Deliverables

Once digital images, albums, or edited files are delivered, no refunds will be applicable.

7. Processing Time

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
