A booking is confirmed only after receiving the agreed advance payment. The date will not be reserved until payment is completed.
The remaining balance must be cleared on or before the event date. Delayed payments may result in delayed delivery of final outputs.
Advance payments are non-refundable in case of cancellation. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
Edited photos and albums will be delivered within the agreed timeline. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
All images captured remain the intellectual property of Abhishek Photography. We reserve the right to use selected images for portfolio and promotional purposes.
Clients must ensure proper permissions for shooting locations and inform us of any restrictions prior to the event.
While we take utmost care in handling files and equipment, we are not liable for losses caused by natural disasters, accidents, or situations beyond our control.
